Team names and primary responsibilities are listed below along with a brief description of how each respective team supports staff and/or students. Help Desk and Business Systems : Alio (employeefinancial records), TripTracker, Versatrans, LaserFiche (paperless record keeping), and the District Help Desk (x4357). Technical Support : (Field Technicians and 1:1 technicians) computers, laptops, tablets, copiers, interactive whiteboards, projectors, audiovisual and most end-user technology equipment; Data Systems : InfrastructureSystems Analysis - data center servers, virtual computing, network cabling, routers, switches, wireless access points, telephones, intercoms, video camerassurveillance software. Enrollment/SIS : PowerSchool, InfoSnap, the WAVE, and district Enrollment Processes. Instructional: Technology Integration and Teacher Training (PowerSchool, Pearson Suite, Edmentum), and the FABLAB located at Muskogee High School.
